$300 per hour for testifying Expert Witness

$150 per hour for the following services

• Identifying and recommending potential defendants 
• Summarizing, translating and interpreting medical records.
• Organizing, tabbing, and paginating medical records.
• Identifying factors that caused or contributed to the alleged damages and/or injuries.
• Assessing alleged damages and/or injuries.
• Defining deviations from and adherence's to the applicable standards of care.
• Defining the applicable standards of care.
• Screening or investigating cases for merit.
• Conducting literature search and integrating literature and standards/guidelines into the case analysis.
• Researching and analyzing validity and reliability of research studies relied  on by all parties.
• Identifying and reviewing relevant medical records, hospital policies and procedures, other essential documents and tangible items.
• Expanding attorney's medical library.
• Interviewing plaintiff and defense clients, key witnesses and experts.
• Consulting with health care providers.
• Identifying types of testifying experts needed.
• Locating and interfacing with expert witnesses.
• Communicating with potential testifying experts.
• Analyzing and comparing expert witnesses reports and other work products.
• Serving as liaison between the attorney and health care providers, testifying experts, parties, witnesses and other consultants.
• Preparing interrogatories.
• Reviewing and drafting responses to various legal documents and correspondence for attorney's signature.
• Assisting in exhibiting preparing.
• Preparing deposition and trial examination (cross or direct) questions.
• Reviewing, analyzing and summarizing depositions, including past testimony.
• Attending depositions, trails, reviewing panels and arbitration and mediation hearings.
• Helping with preparing witnesses experts for deposition and trial.
• Developing written reports for use as study tools by the attorneys.
• Coordinating and attending independent medical examinations.
• Developing life care plans.
• Coordinating and assisting in facilitating focus groups and mock trials.
